What to Expect

A unique 45-minute presentation by Alan Jalasjaa from Kivia.ca, renowned Global Sauna from Finland Ambassador and founder of the Kivia.ca. Alan will share his lifelong passion for sauna culture and its traditions in Canada and beyond.

After the Presentation

Relax in the warmth of two premium saunas: the Rustic Barrel Sauna and the Nordic Trailer Sauna from Suda Saunas. Experience the dopamine-boosting effects of cold plunges in Lake Okanagan. Feel the rush of calm, clarity, and euphoria with this contrast therapy. Saunas will be available until latest 8:30 PM.
